2. Operating conditions

According to the design requirements, select aluminum-plastic panels to determine the size of the keel interval; select the appropriate keel section and size. At the same time, the aluminum must be properly kept after entering the site to avoid deformation and scratches.

2. Keel layout and elastic line

(3) Installation and leveling of the keel: According to the vertical and horizontal elevation control line, start from one end, install and level it, and then uniformly fine-tune it again.
3. Block board installation
The installation of the aluminum-plastic panel and the dragon skeleton is mainly hook suspension or self-tapping screw fixation, and wire ties can also be used. When installing, arrange the layout line according to the elastic plate, and install it in sequence from one direction, and pay attention to the hook Fix it with the keel first, and then hook the small hole on the side of the plate; the aluminum-plastic plate should be handled gently during installation to protect the plate from collision or scratches; when fixing with M5 self-tapping screws, first drill out with a hand electric drill Install the screws after the 4.2mm diameter hole.
